How does nutrition heal?

Almost every human health problem includes a nutritional component. Nutritional deficiencies, along with environmental chemical toxicity, can cause the body to be prone to a number of conditions and symptoms, including allergies, infections, arthritis, viruses, bowel problems, fatigue, heart attacks, and headaches, to name just a few. These symptoms may in turn develop and manifest into diseases that can hinder our everyday lives.

How to detect nutritional deficiencies

Dr. Meir Tako utilizes several ways to identify whether you have a nutritional deficiency. The following signs and symptoms may be caused by nutritional deficiency:

  • Brittle and dry hair
  • Prickling, tingling, or numbness in your hands and feet
  • Unexplained fatigue
  • Mouth problems, such as an unusually pale or swollen tongue, burning mouth syndrome, or cracking and inflammation at the corners of the mouth
  • A red, scaly rash, especially on your face
  • Ridged or spoon-shaped nails
  • Lack of appetite
  • Hair loss
  • Muscle cramps in your calves, backs of legs, toes, and arches of feet
  • Diarrhea
  • White or red acne-like bumps on your arms, thighs, cheeks, or buttocks
  • Irritability or apathy

To gain a better understanding of the specific vitamins and minerals your body lacks, our chiropractor may perform a biochemical nutrition test called Nutritional Response Testing. This further defines your body’s nutritional deficiencies.

What is Nutritional Response Testing?

Nutritional Response Testing allows our team to determine the exact nutrients you need to supplement your diet and bring about balance and improved health. This type of testing assesses your body’s neurological reflexes and acupuncture points. The neurological reflexes are derived from the part of the nervous system whose job is to regulate the functions of each organ. Through Nutritional Response Testing, we can study how the different points on the surface of the body relate to the overall state of health and the energy flow in every organ and function of the body.

Healing Nutrition Treatment

Once we have identified your specific nutritional deficiencies, we will provide you with natural, highly concentrated, therapeutic formulations of these vitamins and minerals in the form of tablets, capsules, or powder. These are called “food supplements” and are used to supplement your current diet. Based on your individual needs, we may also recommend that you make specific changes to your regular diet, eating habits, and routines to ensure the best possible results.

We support the following conditions:

  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Adrenal Fatigue
  • Thyroid Conditions

Morphogenic Field Technique (MFT)

What is the Morphogenic Field Technique (MFT)?
To combine energetic and nutritional healing, Dr. Meir Tako provides the Morphogenic Field Technique in Sunnyvale, California. Our chiropractor will use the energy field to find the foundational and nutritional needs of the patient’s body at the cellular level. To do this a modified form of muscle response testing is employed. The Morphogenic Field, which is also called the M-Field, is an extension of the patient’s nervous system. This testing will allow our chiropractor to answer the following questions: “What nutrients does the body need that it does not currently have?” and “What toxins does the body have that it should not?”

What is the Morphogenic Field (M-Field)?
The M-Field is the boundary of the energy field that is made by the electromagnetic field of the nervous system. Other cultures and healing arts have different names for this field, including: Innate, Chakras, Aura, Life Force, and Chi. If a patient has a small or unbalanced M-Field, the nervous system is being challenged. A large or symmetrical M-Field means that your healing ability is improved.

What is the goal of MFT?
The goal of MFT is to expand and balance the M-Field with the use of things like nutrition and changes in diet. To show you the results of this procedure, our chiropractor will measure the M-Field before and after the MFT procedure.
